Our association managers are Tom Dillon and Eric Byrd.
They will be the homeowners point of contact for items such as:
· architectual review information/status
· covenants/standards questions · payment of dues
· gate code changes and clickers
· planning/execution of annual meeting
· maintaining resident files and documentation
· identifying covenant violation and associated resident written correspondence
· preparation of monthly agendas and meeting minutes for the ARC and Board of Directors
· Interfacing with landscaping and other maintenance service contractors
· HOA accounting services (i.e. bill payment, taxes, etc.)
