Windsor Estates is a 211-home private, deed-restricted community located in North Melbourne, in Brevard County, Florida. The community features include: gated security, private streets, and such amenities as a tennis and basketball court, outdoor pavilion and a childrens playground area.
For boaters the Indian and Banana rivers are a mile away and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches are just 3 miles from our front entrance.
Our children attend Suntree Elementary School, DeLaura Middle School and Viera High School.
An elected nine (9) person Board of Directors oversees the day-to-day and long-term needs of the community.

Directions to Windsor Estates -
Traveling South on Interstate 95, take Exit 191 and travel east on Wickham Road approximately four (4) miles following the bend in the road towards to Pineda Causeway. Turn right into Windsor Estates.
Traveling North on Interstate 95, take Exit 183 and go east on Eau Gallie Boulevard to Wickham Road. Turn left onto Wickham Road and travel approximately four (4) miles to Pineda Causeway. Turn left into Windsor Estates.
